Proven experience in managing the end-to-end tendering process in a similar role or within the industry.
Strong knowledge of tendering procedures, contract management principles, and legal frameworks related to procurement processes.
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly in proposals and presentations.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from various sources to drive decision-making.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in using MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software for tender management.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification in procurement would be an advantage.
Lead the end-to-end tendering process, including identifying tender opportunities, evaluating requirements, and coordinating internal resources to develop winning proposals.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand client needs, competitor strategies, and industry trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, operations, and finance to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
Prepare and review all aspects of tenders, including technical specifications, commercial terms, pricing strategies, and contractual agreements.
Ensure compliance with tender requirements, legal regulations, and company policies throughout the bidding process.
